to maintain a VAT free, Quality and reliable

As the floor sanding process is very labour
intense our prices can vary slightly from
job to job, taking into account, measurement,
specification, location, condition of flooring
and difficulty level, Uneven or and bitchumin
covered floors need a more intense level of
sanding compared to previously varnished,
even floors, Staining involves a lot more
prep work than simply sanding and sealing
and drying times with hardwax makes it near
impossible to apply two good coats in 1 day.
Its easier sanding
one big room than lots of little rooms, so
we offer big reductions on larger single area
spaces and clean even flooring.
We have a
minimum charging rate of £325 Per Day,
which includes all materials and labour.
